Good God T, are you opening a new dance club inside Peachy? Guest DJs? Portable dance floor for those early November parking lot nights in Marble Falls?

I am just happy to have a working radio

And by the way, how did you get Carl to stop working on his project and get so involved with yours? Do you have nekked pictures of him or something?

Hi Jim,

I shed a tear every time i look towards that corner, but her time will come soon. Hoping to be back at it this late summer.

Cheers!

Apologies for the lack of updates, work and life has a tendency to get in the way.
Some progress with the door insulation, picture of the Cascade Audio VB2 being installed on the driver's side door.

More to come in the next few days

Cheers!
Carl

With Carl's crazy flight schedule thought it best to bring in some talent and get this project humming again. Spoke with Stan and he agreed to fly down to JAX for 5-6 days. Stay tuned T

Thank you Lance^^One of the new wiring harness's fabricated by Carl & Stan along with cleaning up the 14 pin connector. Circular connectors installed on Infinitybox junction (inside to outside) and the 14-pin connector side is done and will connect to stock 928 harness that remains for the central warning computer etc. Spare orange and yellow wires are outputs from the I-Box inMotion kit that are not being used and will be sealed. T

Just out of curiosity: If you're rewiring and repinning the 14-pin connector from scratch, why not move to a more modern connector?

The 14-pin was in perfect condition (not original, much newer) with no corrosion, and Tony wanted to retain it if possible. It is a sturdy connector if kept protected and handled properly.
It also attaches easily to the bracket; using an aftermarket connector would be a less elegant solution. Because some genius decided to go on a wire cutting spree, it was easy to de-solder the wires ends and then re-solder with fresh solder and fresh ends. It also interfaces the DC Control PWM fan controller easily with the AC compressor trigger along with some other functions.

Cheers!
Carl
