Default Engine Bay Fuel Line Replacement ID Size

Hello All,
I found the following regarding the fuel lines. I have my engine out and I want to start with those lines. Does anyone know if the large and small diameter hoses in the engine Bay have the same ID size of 5/16? I have sourced the the pi503 line at my local advance auto, but I want to make sure that is all I need or if I need some larger and some smaller.
Thanks!
Aaron

* Clamps Needed:
o 4ea. 14mm
o 6ea. 15mm
* Engine Bay Hoses:
o Large Diameter: 9"
o Small Diameter: 10"
* Rear Hoses:
o Rear: Large Diameter, 27.5"
o Mid: Large Diameter, 27"
o Front: Small diameter, 9.5"

All the fittings are reusable - replace with EFI hose - 5/16th ID.
Make sure you use SAE30R9 hose.

Roper Tyson has done this work for you and offers a kit complete with instructions on reusing the flanged connections. It is about $100 which might seem high for hoses and clamps, but this kind of leg work is what he saves you; I would be glad to check for you but I disposed of my old hoses, etc. I believe it includes the short piece across the water bridge with threaded connections on either end which is something like $35 by itself.

Just get the kit from Roger if you want to just replace the lines, or if you want to go all out get the set from Greg Brown.

Large is 3/8" and small is 5/16" - only use SAE30R9 Fuel Injection hose not fuel hose.
Make sure you use EFI clamps not screw clamps.

The list you mention is for 78/79 CIS cars.

Price for this kit is $76.50 and was compiled by Sharkskin and he also put the writeup together.
Last time I checked the kit was cheaper than buying at NAPA.

Hey Rog,
I got your email about the kit. I should have mentioned my car is an '81 16V USA model. My guess is you probably already knew that.

I took mine to Pirtek and they rebuilt them with nice crimped collets. They did my oil cooler lines, too.

Skin comes off cat well.

Yes, read post 4.

After post 4 the OP said his was a 16V. Then Roger said different kit.

Also, I'm trying to determine if the fuel rail to injector hose is the 5/16" or the 3/8" ID. I'm assuming it's the 5/16" because it's a very tight fit, but I figure it can't hurt to be sure...
