No worries. This is all part of the Kraken adventure too.

Looks like P cars now use lug bolts. Wonder why they switched.

This taper looks about the same as our nuts: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Wheel-Lug-Bo...dd9bb3&vxp=mtr

I would only use H&R hub-centric Wheel Spacers. More money but better for sure.

I have tried a few cheaper but nice quality brands on ebay that caused vibration above 80mph.

They would not refund.

Unfortunately, H&R does not make a 10mm spacer for our cars. They make 7mm and 14mm.

9/11 update - installed a Roger hatch catch liner. Man that thing is sweet. Good for at least 50 hp In other news, my hatch release works again. Score.

Also test fitted the Sport Technos on the rear with a 7mm spacer. Crazy tight but they fit; probably would fit without even rolling the fenders.

I'm ready to try those on my car...I have taillights and license plate brackets now, so it's time to hit the MVA for some Historic plates...

9/14 update: got my trailer brakes working (installed trailer brake controller on my truck), delivered the sport technos to Eric, and reinstalled my belly pan and front spoiler. Also removed the front flaps behind the front bumper.

The belly pan fits easily over the new starter by bending back the raised ridge. Everything bolted up nicely where there were places left to bolt! This pan set came off my old 88 and has seen better days. It will. do for now. Front spoiler is brand new.

Reinstalling the pan reduced highway operating temps. On the way to the shop, the car ran right in the middle. Headed home, it ran just at or barely above the first line. Air temps were within 5 degrees.

Tomorrow I'm hoping to tackle the seats and roll bar.

Pan is really torn up below alternator, is it aluminum? looks like fiberglass in pic.

Still does the job though.

Nice work.

Note Mike's mini-starter, which appeared to hang quote low, still allows the use of the factory belly pans.

Tough mold to make for sure. You should repair it.

Matt I think it's holding up just fine; there were only a few bolts without holes to match, but a few million zip ties came to the rescue for now! I should file down those sharp points, though.

9/15 update: removed both front seats. Holy cow are those heavy. Someone else posted a while ago that their seats were 75 lbs. each. Does anyone know if the lumbar adds more? I have to assume it does as those easily felt like 100 lbs to me. And yes bro, I even lift.

Cage/Devek bar thing should go in tomorrow, along with G Force harnesses. Pre-race tech inspection revealed slightly low front brake pads, so I had to bite the bullet and order up some track pads. Holy cow are those expensive! That's two holy cows in one post. Ordered PFC 08s from Apex. Not sure whether I will swap pads in and out between street and track use. I drive so rarely on the street that it's probably not worth the effort. Supposedly they are very loud, though.

My power seats were almost exactly 50 lbs each, worth every penny getting rid of them for your track car.

I'm lazy, what color leather are your stock chairs?

If oxblood in color I think Depami could use a passenger seat paid forward.

Interior is ivory. But I'm planning to hang on to the seats, at least for now.

Understood. Did you say what seat/s you will install? I was planning on these as they are cheap and pretty light @ 18 lbs. http://www.ebay.com/itm/330937287810...84.m1423.l2648
