the sticker on the side of the car blew off, throwing the balance of the car to the right, placing more pressure on the suspension, causing the trans to overheat and locking up, then the torque tube broke and caused the engine to over-rev and throwing a rod out through the oilpan.

Nah, it was the tremendous buildup of grime and gook on the windshield. Just ask Gordo. Maybe you guys need a refresher course.

the new center console switch labeled "smoke screen" failed , discharging at the wrong time??

Part B broke off part A then hit part D, part D broke loose of Part Z sending parts B and A into F and G then parts A,B,D,Z,F and G flew out a big *** hole in part C.

A slight misalignment of the torque tube is causing radial pressure on the crank causing all engines installed in the Widow to come apart.
