Default Hit While getting gas...

I was at the gas station paying for my gas. I come out just to see the guy that I let go infront of me to pay was standing at my car. With no shortage of room infront of him, probably had 40 feet in front, had BACKED into my front fender.
While exchanging information, he suggested that I might be able to just pop it back out by hand. I said no , I would llike it to get fixed proporly. he said "you sure that you cant just pop it out?" again....and again I stated that it Should be fixed proporly, with a little more firmness in my tone( I didn't need to hear how you can pop it out with just your hand)

He then explained that I did not have to be a ***** about it. I then stood up (not aggresively, just straightened up from leaning over the hatch window writing down my information) and stated firmly that I have that right to be a ***** when it comes to my proporty. His response was to get in my face, literaly spiting on me while he threatened to "bite my face off, and shut me up"

What's up with prople these days?

Did you get a police report? Might be paying for this one yourself without a report.

you should have taken him out, but then I get upset easy.
This would totally bum me out, no second thought I would be super pissed and come unglued as it is a classic super car that now has a damage record.

yep I would come unglued and one of us would be near death.

I feel for you Steve

That doesn't look like it will push right out. Regardless, I would have said that I will have it looked at by a dent specialist/body shop. If it will push right out, great, but we'll have to see. The fenders are aluminum and don't pop out as easily as steel panels. No need for either of you to get antagonistic, although I sure wouldn't have been in a friendly mood either. It's not a matter of doing it right or wrong. The fact is, if the paint is not broken (looks like it is however), having a dent specialist "push" dents out can work just fine, even with the aluminum front fenders, doors and hood, although they are tempered and tougher to do than the steel panels and work-harden and may crack.

At least the guy didn't drive off.

Amen, that driving off makes a person really, really angry.

When they drive off its worse, but with that much attitude if you didn't get a police report, maybe the gas station has some video?

Steve,
Sorry to see that. Really sucks.
Hope it's truly minor.
Best,
Rob.

Greg Nettles can attest to SOB's committing hit and run offenses and what it takes to track those b*tches down like a bounty hunter. Sorry your going to have to get it fixed but at least it is not what Brian in Austin went through with Sexual Chocolate. That one cost him a car.

Make sure you go to an accident reporting centre within 48 hours . They will give you an accient report on the spot. This guy was such a ***** let his insurance company deal with him .

Oh man. I feel for you. I hope it gets taken care of properly. I also hope his premiums go up after you're done with his insurance!

About the time he called me a *****, his teeth and *** would be laying on the ground! I would have pulled his wallet, taken any and all cash he had, plus any contact numbers, and cell phone, and taken his vehicle registration.
You are the injured party. I'd jack his *** up!
