I'm sure polecat can easily bankroll it.

Just out of curiosity, how many of these panels were produced before the parts required to produce them became too expensive to procure?

Folks I bought this awesome setup and added the controllers but never got around to swapping them out. I'd be up for an offer. Dark CF with blue back lighting. PM direct. Thanks

Default Illuminated switches for 944?

I saw Paul and Hans made illuminated switches for a 928. But how about a 944?

Default mechanical switch?

Would it be viable to ressurect this project with a laser etched backlit mechanical switch, more akin to OEM? Or does the problem w minimum order qty still apply?

My personal humble little opinion is that it's not such a great idea to keep rear wiper and hatch switches together with the window and sunroof switches.

LED illuminated 928 console switch covers have been made in the past.

Does anyone have an unused one of the bezel's sitting in their stash, which the switches fit into?

Old thread revival.

By any chance does someone have the PDF for the "plug and play" installation instructions they could email? I installed new seals on my passenger side window over the weekend and the window is now "harder" to roll up. I think the new rubber is just causing a tighter fit. I have the first generation kit and read through the notes on the 530T window module and saw that the dip switches can be configured for increased resistance.

I have the installation notes for the 530T window operation to adjust the dip switches but I'm looking for the original "plug and play" installation documentation. I'd like to review that before adjusting the dip switches to make sure I don't mess anything up with the rest of the system.

The documentation link in Hans' signature which goes to Paul's website seems to not be working.

Thanks.

All the best,

Just to clarify mark - you are not saying you have one of switch sets right?
