So...James Bailey--this thread is like your comment, bolded above, huh?
Normally, I would not stoop to such levels, but this is not the first or second time I've seen your avatar associated with such non-charitible/non-productive comments.
Based on your impressive mini-resume, contained in your signature, I would (honestly) think you'd have bigger fish to fry than being derogatory to a huge, 4-year old thread that has obviously been very informative and enjoyable to many, myself included.
How about a little "live and let live"?

Thanks ROB! Add this link to the list for 2011, and you have them all.
Not going to Bonneville this year - after being rained out in 2013 and 2014 we decided to returnt o road racing for this season. I am in the NASA GTS series.
...and here is the link to how that went last week.

Yes, we saw that. You cant mine salt for 80 years then wonder why its all gone.... I had a suspicion 8 years ago that I better get out there and run Bonneville if I was ever going to, as I figured it might not be there as a resource too much longer.
I'm writing a book about my experience out there - was just working on it this weekend. I have 160 pages in... its turning out pretty good. I think you'll like it.

Does this mean we will be moving back to El Mirage for major speed runs? Adelanto could sure use the financial shot in the arm. Then there's that old air force base on the other side of 395... Think anybody would notice if a buch of cars and money showed up to go fast on some of that unused asphalt?
