My opinion:
Current prices for 928's allow entry into market to those that can not afford upkeep of cars, they get abused and dumped back into market at lower price depressing market.
Cure is to have all owners list cars at comparable structure as 91's or greater, those that want in will pay the $$. Users/owners control the supply.
