He has carried to to pretty much every major 928 function for the last 2 years, should be pretty easy to do a search for it, I know I posted some pics in the SITM threads.
Here are a few I found.

Hows that, but these were several versions ago, they have changed a bunch by now.

Boards just came in. Pics attached.
I hope to start getting these assembled today. you will see that the display board has been revised to hold two different encoders. The reverse-mount large Bourns with an extended life, and a much smaller and less expensive ALPS product, which is stocked by several suppliers. The Bourns is a custom order part... so we should be future proof now on components.
Will update with more pics as I start assembling.
Thanks
Hans

Assembled rear AC module, with AA battery to show scale.
Hope to get to the other things soon. Found a small error on the card-edge board.... must have gotten a bad package drawing from the fuse holder manufacturer. I can still assemble the board, but the fuse holders have to hang under... not the way i designed it. They will work for testing, and I will just make those changes before having them mass produced.
Thanks
Hans

It became clear that not one solution would please everyone, so we decided to go with the most generic and the style that blends the most in the 928 interior.
Buttons are standard and an easy swap for those who will want to further customise their set up.

Hey Max,
we have made that change a while back:

I am not a big fan of posting pictures of parts still in development, but we have tried to show the direction of where we are going as much as we can.
This particular project as taken a life of it's own and has so many components and so many variations that it's a little bit like hurding cats.
Here are a couple more pictures of what a leather cover for the new insert will look like:
