Seems cheap enough, but I have to wonder if sections are out of date, superseded etc. Until you try to use it hard to guess.

The real set is 9 binders... so SOMETHING will be missing from that set...

You would have been better of buying the whole set. You are $56 all in for the 3 binders, and depending on your year of car, they might not be the correct partial set in any event. I have seen the full set go for $200, altho that is rare. I have the full set (paid considerably more) but wouldn't live without it.

I have the full 9 vol. hard copy set but never use them anymore.

Moorehouse CDs are the way to go; full WSM, PET, all tech spec etc etc.

You could get the full set of Morehouse CDs, which have all 9 vols plus a ton of other tech documents, for a lot less. Paper has its virtues, but unless it were a full 9 vol set, I can't see much value in having the binders. Some of the pages in the Morehouse CDs have scanning defects, and a few, particularly in the wiring diagrams, can be a problem, so original printed pages can be helpful, but this is a small issue.

I was given a 4-volume set by a guy I bumped into at a car show. He bought them with his 78 MY car, and included a number of loose updates. 3 volumes means you're missing something, even for a 78 IMHO.

Thats a pretty great price. The two volumes I use are electrics and engine. You did not get the engine buy you did get the wiring diagrams. I have the electronic versions also, but don't have access to them in my shop. I would predict that just the hard copy color wiring diagrams will be worth the price.

Yes.

It is a 6 volume set through 84.

Electric wiring diags are in volume VI, but Body Electrics volume V is also helpful.

I too have the digital WSM's but the paper is much better when trying to figure out a strange problem. I printed out the wire diagram and taped all the pages in order matching up the wires. Best thing I ever did.
