All nice bikes for sure, I love to ride, however I'm a nice weather rider for sure, most fun so far was riding around the Black Hills and Badlands on the SD trip, meeting up w/ the 928 gang.
Starting from oldest is my 1973 Yamaha 360 enduro I traded my 2002 Dyna for a newly designed in 2018 Soft tail that uses a rear mono shock, The Breakout eventually replaced the liquid cooled V-Rod Harley's lineup, and now the Breakout was also discontinued as of end of MY 2020 IIRC.
It a great twist the throttle and hold on Red Light blaster, for a long haul I'll take a 928 any day
My son Aaron has the black 2018 Sportster and I kept his first bike a 2002 Sportster, all are fun to ride
The list is
Ducati single cylinder 250 with a chrome gas tank back in the 70's,
an Indian enduro at the same time,
a Suzuki gs650,
a Yamaha virago 500,
a Honda cb 900 custom,
a Honda cb 1000 custom,
a 1988 Honda gl 1500,
a 1990 Honda gl 1500 se,
Four Kawasaki zl 900's
a Kawasaki zl 1000 (that I worked and traded for a four winns cabin cruiser)
a Suzuki m109r
An old friend sent me these photos of me and my first heavy motorcycle, a BMW R69S model year 1965. I had rebuilt the machine with a Gläser sports fairing, large 36L Hoske tank, chrome mudguards, clip-on handlebars, modified engine, etc. The photos are from 1969 and I had not seen them before.
Åke
2014 Moto Guzzi Griso 1200SE
2006 Victory Vegas 8 Ball (first bike & multi-year, year-round commuter)
2017 Moto Guzzi V7 III Stone
When I first encountered the styling on the Griso I didn't like it, but it somehow grew on me and I eventually bought one. They're all different but if I was to keep one, it would definitely be the Griso. As it is, I'm down to the Victory. In my estimation it's an easy future-classic, but not there yet and current market seems very soft.
I was just an inclination in 1969, and I didn't get any experience with yak hair accessories.
