Going from memory here: Just use a small flathead screwdrier and pry up the tabs, then simply pull the cover off. This way you will not damage anything internal in the relay.

Well Thanks for the advice.....I pulled off the cover to the relay and pinched off the contacts and it Fired right up after a couple cranks.....seems to be running fine....Many Many thanks!! Really didn't want to have to go the mechanic route....So I will order up new relays and be back in business.....Now to figure out why the rear and side running lights stay on......but thats another day..!!
