After two years of straightening, sanding, primering, sanding, taping, sanding, my son & I finally got my car painted over Memorial Day weekend. I made the color change from black to amazon green. We did just about all the work ourselves with the highly skilled stuff being done by my son, & the grunt work (sanding) by me. We used the paint booth at my work. My son adapted the Strosek pieces. Unfortunately they aren't in the pics. I'll post more pics with them included at a later date. I'm very pleased. It looks like a big piece of candy. All the work was worth it. It looks much better than the pictures in person.

Looks great ! JUst curious, who's the painter, you or your son ?
Care to share some details about the paint work. Paint system, how far does the color change extend (engine bay, spare tire well), this sort of stuff ???
Looking forward to more photos.
