Dammit.

Wait, that's not a handgun---nevermind...
The one he's holding will fit just fine in the rear hatch

My Beretta 92 fits good, but sometimes I bring my Charles D .45 that has the 1911 frame and fits nicely as well.

I have the extra shelf under the pod, I usually put mine there. You can hold any caliber pistol in that spot you can see the 92 Beretta in this pic

I wonder if the shelf would be considered "concealed"? Probably since its not in plain site.

And no doubt, I need to get with the hardware upgrade bandwagon too.

Lets see...928 parts, no wait, handgun. Nooo 928 parts. No wait...

I second the Glock 27. Size as little matter if you double tap in the right places

A custom holster in the front of the driver's seat get's my vote. The area slopes down and under which keeps it away from prying eyes, yet it falls in a normal access position with more than enough room to draw.

Incidently, I've a Kimber 1911 Stainless Gold Match with rosewood grips that fits in here quite nicely!!!!!!

You can fit a VERY large handgun in the doors.....personally I carry a Sig 226R .357 SIG which is NOT a small pistol.....any full size pistol will fit unless it has a really long barrel! I'd bet that a .454 Casull would fit, but it would have to be upside down....

that I want to see

And Mel, I know, it's a sickness

By the way, I personally like something much smaller. I bought a Glock 26 for my wife, and it as become my own preferred choice. And it will literally fit anywhere.

Has anyone tried to fit machine guns that pop up with the headlights?
