If you overbore to the Chevy size (101.6mm /4 inches) they would have the slugs in stock and would just have to bore the pin boss for correct piston height and wrist pin diameter. That would save time on the piston order, and if the cylinders need to be redone anyway, it would allow the cylinders to be bored/honed to the new piston size since they would be larger than their replacements.
