If you overbore to the Chevy size (101.6mm /4 inches) they would have the slugs in stock and would just have to bore the pin boss for correct piston height and wrist pin diameter. That would save time on the piston order, and if the cylinders need to be redone anyway, it would allow the cylinders to be bored/honed to the new piston size since they would be larger than their replacements.

Well, then there you go. But I was thinking since only one hole will be reworked, that the pistons would need to be matched to the bores? Obviously (or maybe no so much) the other way around is best, but he is in flux right now.
