And this has what to do about mirrors

Maybe the list should start: I'm pissed at you thread, your pipes look weird thread, I just don't like you thread, I just love to argue thread, feel free to suggest any pertinent threads.

Wow glad it's easter and all the family harmony is showing!

Why do the simplest topics end in a pissing contest? (rhetorical)
Everyone should take their bitching off line instead of bogging the threads with your personal issues. Thats what PMs are for.
This is not directed to any one particular person.
Respectfully,
Me

Sounds like there's options but nobody's actually just posted a picture
of it already done...

It has opened up a whole side of the aero mirrors I didn't know about, which is
the poor visability. Now I want to find another alternative even more!

Russ, chill out man. I've met the both of you in person and think this is pretty damn stupid.

Ryans got a hell of a lot of tech knowledge in his head and would not hesitate to take most of what he has in his head as if it came out of the WSM.
I've been pretty chilled about the whole thing.........literally.

yes, this whole thing is pretty damn stupid, including when Ryan doesn't go back and read his own writings in what order he posted them in, and then accuses me of being off topic?

As for his technical knowledge, he hasn't demonstrated to me that he can open a can of fishing worms, much less actually work on any automobile....nor have the understanding of what 928's really are (one of the most technically advanced auto's of it's time, but basically nothing more than an expensive to maintain/excessively depreciated/over engineered/ money pit)

His biggest problem is that he writes about stuff that he clearly has no knowledge of, and then when someone calls him on it, he gets pissed. (it's pretty simple---if you have no knowledge of the subject, don't hit the keyboard, or, just ask a question without getting mad......)

Not once, have I ever said anything about his car, what he does with his car, what he wants to do with his car, ad nauseum. I have only replied when criticized unnecessarily by him. I don't care about his comments about my car or what's been done to it, but when he continually attacks me for something that he started.......and last month he whined to me about following him from thread to thread.....give me a break.

I only offered comment about something he questioned (and my answers were entirely accurate in their context), then he takes it off topic with a rant about how he hates American cars, and still doesn't see what he's done. Not to mention the fact that he has entirely no sense of sarcasm or humor. I still can't believe that for as much time he spends on this site, he didn't know anything about the "Andrew threatened by lawsuit" issue or Sterling is a ***** thread (a totally off topic thread that should not have even been allowed for ten minutes on this forum).

I've offered to end this crap several times including a PM directly to him, and he hasn't got the ***** to go on peacefully.

What a great guy.......I have a stack of PM's telling me to keep after him and complaining about his excessive number of un-knowledgeable posts. I'm done with this silliness, and like most people I do have a life outside of a chat room, which this exchange has become.

Ryan,

all I can say is the next time I offer comment on any thread, stay the F*** off of it as a retort to my comments. You have nothing to offer except stupid comments about wishing you could go to Sweden, so stay off the keyboard until you have something valuable to contribute. Quit chasing me around the site, and keep your unpleasant comments to yourself. If you don't have something nice to day, stay off this site and any others you may be lurking around on. No body wants to hear your sh**.

I'm done-

Daniel,

I think I have a set at home in Windsor. If I do PM me your address and I will send them to you free of charge.

Have you read the Rennlist charter?

Again your clearly turning this into a personal issue here.

Did you check out the Autoweek article I posted for you?

I'm not expecting $16 ebay mustang mirrors but sub-$100 would be nice.

I don't mind searching used parts for them and refinishing them.
Rich,

This thread here has pics of Miata mirrors, Chevy SSR mirrors and some cheapo Pep-boys mirrors all fitted to 928s:
