It just looks like the bleeder is leaking because oil from this hole drips right on top of the bleeder valve.

I love dreams....they always turn out so good.
Reality is that you need to remove the tensioner, fix the threads in the block and try again on sealing up the tensioner. Don't forget the circlip on the inside of the boot, that Porsche doesn't show in the parts diagram.

I agree, but it'll have to wait until next week.
The tensioner is not leaking, and I'm not 100% sure the leak is from that bolt (although it is stripped). I'm still leaking oil slowly and I need to confirm where it's coming from.
