Buy a Honda Accord or Toyota Camry, blend in with all the other lemings and get your 5 year 50,000 mile warranty. No worries, and no more bitching about how this 19 year old car has let you down.
Mike, you cant expect much from a used car that is 19 years old, every day driven is a blessing. If its your every day driver and you have no backup, no wonder your pulling your hair out. I drive 4 year old BMW 5 series and it has its share of little issues but nothing like the shark, it must be a passion of pain and pleasure, and maybe you are done with that phase in your life.

Mike: We've suffered with you thru multiple problems in life and cars. Do us all a favor, sell it. You are clearly on the short end of the power curve with Pcar ownership. You need a simpler life.

It must be mad at you about something.
Regardless, sidetank leaks are common and relatively cheap and easy to have fixed at a rad shop. As others mentioned, you get the sidetanks for 928Intl. I did mine a couple of years ago. No biggie.

The power steering fluid, brake fluid, and gas do not leak from my car. But currently, the rear main, a small o-ring in the trans, and a small slit in my upper radiator hose all leak. Not much, but they do drip.
So,
Half of the fluids do not leak from my car. Another way to say that is: half of the fluids leak from my car. It all depends on how you look at it. Half empty, or half full. Sleep on it. Sell if your glass if it is half empty in the morning.

I was just out running some errands and thinking about this post. There aren't a whole lot of 20+ year old cars running around anymore; ESPECIALLY 20+ year old sports cars. The vast majority of the older cars and trucks that I usually see are beat up and obviously ragged out. What we (Porsche owners) are driving around is truely unique. The mental and physical price of driving something unique goes both ways. When I get down about something that pops up and needs to be fixed all I have to do is open the paper and see how much something comparable to my 928, both mentally and physically, is going to cost me. $500 or even $1,000 to fix something seems like nothing then...............

These cars are hobbies (read $$$), kinda like putting together a model and then driving it and then fixing anything that happens to break; its what makes these car fun. Keep your head up and look at it as a challange. I have my car b/c i always have something to do to it. If that if not your cup of tea, then as those said before, get a honda.
