"I can say for certain that in N.A. I've never seen or heard about an '89 of any sort delivered with RDK."
There's a first time for everything I guess. I am finally getting around to working on my 928's after years of other projects, so perusing the boards for tips. I have an 89 S4 from Canada, not sure if elsewhere first, that is outfitted with RDK. Given that it seems to function and "respond" to changes in air pressure I'm guessing the RDK sensors are still in the rims but I won't know for sure until I take a peek. After that I'll probably be looking for a defeat as I'd like to change the rims out.

A 89s4, 5 speed manual, came in the workshop one years ago, with a working rdk. C00 so was a German delivery.

RDK was a standard equipment for 1989 RoW 928's, like the one that is now in Canada.
Even the 1989 CS's had it.
Note: Markings are just for fun and also to help me identify the original cars.
The parts are identical for both versions, but a little different from a regular early S4.
