That was a very fun and spirited ride in the mountains last Sunday! Must have been the high end bait we feed the sharks ~

Alcantara
Alcantara on rear hatch trim, the one on the right is the stock vinyl. Alcantara looks much more modern, and less tacky than the vinyl. Opinions?

If you're okay with departing from original, Alcantara is much better looking.
I agree that the vinyl is tacky and dated looking - mostly because it's basically the only fake thing in our cars: fake leather. I've always disliked Pleather. Are there any high-end auto manufacturers who use leather grained vinyl anywhere these days?
