You mean, 'low class' in like misrepresenting a car that is for sale?

Here's someone else calling you out on your indiscretion. You dyno'd the car, but chose to say that you did not since the results were so poor; that's misrepresentation.

I believe you were telling eveyone this:

Engine: 4.5 liter, Nikasil plated block, JE forged 2618 pistons, two K-24 turbos, two Tial 38mm wastegates, stainless steel manifolds, MAF hot wire with calibrator, large Bosch injectors, adjustable fuel pressure regulator. All new: Pistons, pins, rings, bearings, seals, gaskets, valve guide seals, etc. As of today there are less than 500 miles on the engine.

Recent tight 3-speed installed, new CV joints, new tranny cooler lines under car.

This is perhaps the the best sleeper 928 out there, as it looks totally stock but is so much more. I am estimating this car is packing about 400 crank HP, though it has yet to go on the dyno. 0-60 has been measured at 5.2 seconds, stock 4.5 with AT is 8.5 seconds. With more tuning, this car will likely be even quicker. Roll on accelleration is very hard. Setup for 10 lbs of boost, so this is not a self-destructing motor. Will make 10 lbs of boost by 3,700 RPM off the line, earlier in roll-on accelleration situation.

Asking $16,000....trust me, you could not build it for that.

Call 859.586.0732 for more information.
It was established earlier that the car did what,... I forgot...

..don't cha' think?

You knowingly flat-out lied by not disclosing that you did indeed dyno the car:

Now that's LOW, really LOW...

I don't see how anyone can trust anything you say now...

Yes, I do know what 480 foot pounds at the rear wheels feels like. Actually I have driven a vehicle with even more rear wheel torque. Coincidentally it had a power curve shaped fairly similarly to that of your car. It was a diesel pickup truck that I was towing a heavy trailer with.

Take a look earlier in the thread and see who began name calling. I guess that is class. Kindergarten class that is. I expect soon I'll be hearing that someone's dad can beat up my dad.

When responding to false insulting accusations is low class, politicians will become honest.

I must have missed this post when John made it. 400 ft-lbs @ 10-12psi? Hell, my STOCK 81 made 321 ft-lbs at the back tires at only 6psi.

I wonder what that smaller pulley will do?

Good point John, Tim (in Chicago) and I are still working on the details for the modifications to his car. He did upgrade the exhaust, pulls really nice to readline with a good sound.

We have a build party coming up in April. I'm trying to talk Tim into coming up to get a taste of what can be done with his car.

Hacker, did you really resurrect a nearly two year old thread so you could respond to Johns comment or are you fine tuning a recipe in that pot you're stirring?
