As usual, this is always after a dead line that you find something interesting.
Anyway, I have found a Posche circular published in December 1987 that introduces and explains how to order the "928 S4 Club-Sport-Version".
And there is something that I would be sure to understand...
"Für die der Club-Sport-Version zugeordneten Sonderwünsche:
-sportliche Stoßdämpfer
-Bridgestone Reifen
-Club-Sport-Räder
führen Sie bitte bei jeder Bestellung die Gruppen-Nummer P69 auf."
Does that mean that it was mandatory to use the options group P69 (sport shocks, Bridgestone tires and CS rims) when ordering a CS, or was it left to the choice of the customer?
Is ask this, because there is only one car that seems to have been ordered without this three equipments.

"For the Club-Sport version designated special wishes (or extras)"
- sport shocks
- Bridgestone tires
- club sport rims
for every order please list group number P69.
As I understand it, if you ordered a CS it came with those three extras. No other option given.
Hope this helps.

First CS I saw in person was at the Porsche exhibition in Autoworld car museum in Belgium. Later to see the same car was for sale, I have no clue what the asking price was.
Follow this link to see the ad for this 928CS (reserved at the moment so maybe not to late to buy):

Thank you for the picture. wp0zzz92zks840486 was sold before the exhibition and it belongs to one of your countrymen.
This is the only CS with a rear wiper, to my knowledge. Remove the front sticker, and it becomes really difficult to distinguish from a 1989 GT.
I like your picture because it shows how wide the front CS rims are, with their specific offset.

How can I get a copy of the edition with the 928? Number 9 is it?
https://www.000magazine.com/store
Doesn't look like 9 is officially a back issue yet.

Does anyone know where I can find an CS sticker?
I can have them re-printed and return the original with a spare for whomever can provide an original decal!
