Erzo, this afternoon your dyno results should be interesting now that you've apparently fixed the ignition, and leaned it out at the top for high-11 air/fuel.
If you can fuel it, I think you'll do 450+ rwhp; who would have ever thought a pre-S4 US-version 928 could lay down that much power?!
All from a simple, single, centrifugal blower...

Ok, Ok, Ok, cart before the horse here. I haven't been able to talk to the dyno operator yet. Last time I checked the dyno was available this afternoon. With one of the last drag nights this weekend, he might bet getting a lot of late appointments.
Last time I was there a trans-am that ran four consistant 9.04's was on the dyno. Wow, and I thought my car was loud!!!

OK I'm excited. I've got an '84 automatic. I like it fine. It's not worth much but it's never let me down, and I drive it every day summer or winter. How do you justify putting $7K into a car worth $5K? I hope the answer is that it transforms the car in only positive ways. I'm not arguing, I just want some insight before I pull the trigger on a deal like this.
Thanks in advance for your insight.
