Hey Rob, yeah, the stock spacer is going to replaced with something slighlty smaller. This was test fit only. I went with 295s on the rear.

Chuck, those are very sharp. Not that I prefer them over your 'paint-to-match jewelry', buth they're a different look. Clean, contemporary and they just look right. Looking forward to full pics when you get them properly set up and installed.
On another note, I was talking to a guy with a late model C4S. He has the Carrera Sport 19's on it. I love those wheels.

Ryan - I recall you saying that they rubbed in the fronts - or something like that. I'm curious as to the offsets & how these work overall. They seem pretty scarce, but I'd like to get my hands on a set if they work well w/our cars.

Chuck's looks like Sport Edition Cup 4 wheels. You can check them out at tirerack.com. Not sure what Mogan's is but looks good if the offsets will work.

They are Sport Edition Cup 4 wheels. Fronts are 19x8.5 with 54 ET (tires are Michelin Pilot Sports PS2s 235/35 19), 19x11 62 ET (Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 295/30 19). It took Tire Rack 3 shipments to get me wheels that were not all beat up......

Rears will require smaller spacers to clear fenders as I plan on dropping the rear about 1.5" and you wouldn't want the fronts to stick out any further than they do. I'm thinking about buying a 8x18 54ET (only marginally shorter than the current setup and they'll sit 6mm further toward the center of the car) version so I can drop the front a bit more than I'll be able to with this setup.

Here's the above photo b/f I cropped it:

Chuck,
Do you have any more pics of these new wheels on your GTS? I have been looking at these for a while, but was waiting to see what they actually look like on the 928.

Thanks

for 18s you'll have to search using the 993 as your car........ very few options when you use the 928.

Chuck - Love those SE Cup 4's! Looks beter than the Turbo Twists.

that 19" wheel up front looks like it will be a pothole magnet. Not much sidewall to absorb bumps.

Off the shelf H&Rs will replace the stock GTS spacers. I'm going to need either a 28mm, 30mm or 32mm which will be determined once I get a chnace to measure.

Thanks Dan! I think so too.

I've got 20s on a couple AMG cars with less sidewall than this; so far so good. Good thing these wheels are cheap............
