    Excuse my English.

    First introduce myself.
My name is Ivan, I write from Spain
I own a porsche specialist workshop.

I have seen the odometer post for the 928 instrument cluster.

I tried to change the instrument cluster odometer 209000 Km to 88520 Km.
After doing so with software that calculates the data, I have made and It mark 3 Km.
Also sometimes they leave lines on the screens in the instrument cluster.

Would you please tell me as the new mileage is calculated.

The link that is in the post, no longer works.

    Thanks for your attention.

I'm not sure what the color of the wires are. The WSM wiring diagrams don't list the colors, but do show how they are wired....

If your just replacing single filiment bulb sockets, you only need to determine which wire on the harness is +12V. The other two wires are ground, so it doesn't matter which one is connected to either of the two remaining wires.

really liked your writeup on tailight questions center around what goes with what....i am trying to replace the 2 prong socket bulb harness, and made all the mods to fit, but connecting which wires to which is what i am stuck on.

i can see on factory wiring, brown wire connects to 2 sockets like a bridge, and another brown wire comes from the socket. there is also black and yellow.

i think you say connect factory black to green? on new harness wire? and factory brown to black? then what to connect to bridge? use yellow to splice into factory grown to other socket?
