Jason,

LOVE the wheels...not so much the angle cut on your tail pipe though... Cut that back the other direction so it is sticking out more at the top than the bottom and I would give your car an A+!

James here's the story on the tip. When I bought the car the idiot before me cut out the rear muffler and left the rusted out pipe. To hide the rusted pipe he slid a new exhaust pipe over the rusted one just to sell it. When I had the pipe replaced this tip was the only one I could find in town that was a duel tip. I didn't like it either but it was the best I could do at the time. In short I agree it has too much of a ricer look

so your new wheels are considered "late" offset in the 944 terminology?

Nice looking wheels, I think they work well with the no rub strip no spoilers and near monotone. Sweet!

I haven't been through this thread for a couple of months, and spent a little while going through it this morning I had forgot how many nice sets of wheels fit so nicely with the 928

Does anyone have a pic of the 997 turbo wheels on a 928?

Rixter,
Thanks! And so does your's.... Oooo, I've always wanted a 968. Love that color combo, and the wheels sork very well with it. Fond of the coupes. Is the a 6sp or Tip?

Wheel related.... this is ChiefVA's '80 with Turbo's. Hollow-soke variety with 11" rears and 295's. I can see how these need a little flarring with 295's.
