So do these things actually improve driving control or are they just bling?

Just bling, unless you have a track car as some prefer the smooth finish (often w/ heel/toe design) to ease the movement of the foot between accelerator - brake. Some complain the factory rubber pedal can be clingy where fast response is required.

In everyday driving, the smooth pedals can actually be a hazard; especially the brake pedal if your shoes are wet. This is why they are also offered w/ the grip inserts. This way ou can have the bling while maintaining safety.

Ive had a set in my car for 6yrs. I got them from George Youg when he was making them first....love them. Yeah they are bling but they sure look great and are pefectly functional. I havent touched them since they were installed.

He's got museum covers on the pedal covers so he won't scuff the aluminium up.

No he means he hasn't pushed the pedals with his hands in 6 years...which is good, 'cause driving like that would be very awkward

Sounds like you know from personal experience.

(How have you been? Are we going to see you at SITM this year?)

Please note that our 928 gas pedal has been corrected so that it fits properly.

The gas pedal should match the factory pedal.

Could anyone who received a gas pedal that did not fit please contact us so we can ship a replacement.

Please accept our aplogoies for any inconvenience.

Does anyone who fitted these have a good picture of the whole set including dead pedal for a manual? What was the final spec for the updated gas pedal and is there a version of this one with the lower side heel/toe wing (rather than the diagonal version pictured earlier). Anyone add heel plates?
