Thumbs down Check out the plate I was issued by the DMV for my new truck!

Hey guys,

Check out the plate I was issued by the DMV for my new truck.

I didn't notice what the plate was until I arrived home, and opened the bag.

Well needless to say, I will not be sporting this badge much longer. I will take the plate back in the next few weeks and get another.

From what I understand, here in Ontario, once a plate has been turned in it will never be issued again. A few bucks for a new plate is a small price to pay to get this # off the road.

Sell it to a 964 owner. I used to have a plate that was XXX-356. I forget what the letters were.

bahahahahaha
That'd be awesome, hold onto it! You should get a copy of those plates, it'd be hilarious
i'm sure a 964 owner would laugh his head off and want them
Anyways aside from that, IMHO the 964 was the most awful 911 (not a fan of the bumpers)

VRLTD,

I'm with you on the front bumper, however "as a true Porsche nut" I do like the rest of the car.

If I come across one, I would swap the front cover out with one of the many kit covers. Some of those are really quite nice.

Cheers,
Michael

the early car's engine issues are something that turns me off about them, not to mention that the next car, the 993, was completely different - aside from the roof.

I dunno personally, I'd much rather pass on a 964 and either get the 993 which was leaps and bounds ahead
or the slightly more classic (and tough as nails mechaically) Carrera SC

I can't stand the 964 bumpers either. Heavy metal. Ugh. Trash 'em.
