Okay here are the latest pics. Oh man im so happy with the way its turning out, including the sharp line of the rocker panel. Apart from a few minor issues, we're so to say ready to mold the right hand side, but we first have to complete the hood, the front splitter and the entire left hand side still has to be made perfectly symmetrical... ugh!!

Anyway, i snapped tons of pics today. Ill start of with a few pics from diffirent angles and then post pics showing some detail. Please feel free to comment and criticise, positive or negative, please chime in. I could do with some feedback please...

that looks soooo good, any pictures looking straight at the front and rear?

Here are some pics of the *** end. We're still gonna create a duct in the rocker panel right in front of the rear weel to lead cool air to the rear caliper via a flexitube.

Man, you are going to be challenged at every stop light!! Better have the power to back up those looks. That is a very agressive design and I must say I like it. A lot going on with scoops and ducts but it all seems to work together. Good job!!

And here are some pics of the front end. As you can see we started on the hood. It will be carbon fiber with oval ducts to match the bellmouths of the intake tubes. The louvre vents above the engine are to get rid of trapped hot air on top of the engine for endurance racing.

Still to come is an adjustable splitter made with carbon fiber and carbon kevlar to be flexible yet strong. The entire nose cone will fasten with dzus clips so it can be easily removed for loading on a trailer, flatbed, etc.

Thanks Perry. I doubt this car will ever see a stoplight again. I'm builing it exclusively for racing and track use.

Looks awesome. Since it is for track use will you be making spare front clips or other body parts?

I think its pretty sexy . At first I didn't like the rocker panel, but how it blends in to the front fender is really nice.
Now you say the whole front clip is removable? Did I read that right? If so, you have a distinct advantage right there, and a very good fiberglass guy! I just hope it doesn't crack from flexing on that rear quarter panel...
What would I change... I'd lose the "gills" on the fenders, or at least change it to a single opening like the rear is about to (from what I understood) receive.
And also, Baby got BACK! Dayum!

Wow! That looks really, REALLY nice! Since it's a track project I can overlook the headlights... BTW, I think that your air inlets might actually be in a low pressure zone.... might be worth doing some experiments before you commit 100%

Oh man..my sentiments exactly..
That looks just awsome. I really like that asspicture. usually not into fat asses..but this..nice.

When You guys are ready for the street version # 2. I would like to order the front without the gills, front fenders with opening for original headlights, and if it possible, I would like to order the top of the rear fender flares a little bit more blended/rounded into car, so they will slip right into the nice round shape you created on the front section. I do not need the air vent either. Also, dont forget the thing I mentioned about the sideskirts earlier.

Let me know how much I owe You and when I can pick up the parts at the postoffice.

Pierre, The car looks great. I liked the gills before, but they look even better now that the car is black. Originally I didn't like the rocker panels, but now I can see that they give the car a going fast while not moving look. Like Sharkskin said, you might want to reconsider your vents. Look at Pappy's thread on his diverter. Also, why didn't you blend the tops of the quarter panel extensions more smoothly into the car? Most of the design looks like it could be a factory car except for the obvious quarter extensions.
