Hello Pierre.
Having no takers on my car up here, I have finally decided to keep it. It's been sitting in the garage for more than 2 years now. I' now planning a complete restoration including body mods....looking at Yours and Jeff McVikar's projects is quite inspiring. Having checked out Jacqemond's stuff....very nice indeed but way too expensive. I'm glad he's getting competition.
Your modification looks just great..the only item I would prefer different is the sideskirts. Version # 2 should have more rounded sideskirts like the 928's general shape.
Can't wait until You and Gavin is done with the car. I need to be updated when it is all done and the price is set for the finished product.
Keep up the good work.

I'll post another update with more pics in the next few days, and Gavin will have a website up real soon.

Here are some "in-between" pics i took today.
We spray painted and buffed the car to check for straightness and smoothness. When you're working with fibre glass you only see the imperfections, wrinkles and bumps when the final product goes on. We call that "krinkle cut". The only way to avoid Krinkle Cut imperfections is to have your molds as near as perfect as you can. Thats where we are now - final prepping before pulling molds. We painted the car and block sanded to get it smooth. You can see the nose and front fender needed more work.
Now we're gonna give it two coats of spray filler, sand it down and paint it black again, just like the finished product will be. I'll have pics of that by Friday. It's weird to think that after pulling molds, we'll be stripping all this down and throw it away before we mount the final panels...
lol... and the final panels will probably be changed again once i had this thing in the CSIR's wind tunnel later this year...
Anyway, here are today's pics -

Will this be used as a full fiberglass replacement for the dooes and fenders, or are you just producing extensions to bolt on and blend in? Sorry if I missed this. How will the weight of the fiberglass compare to the stock aluminum fenders?

The rear fender flares and doors will be extensions blended in. I suspect a slight weight penalty in those areas.
The entire front section will replace the original panels. Weight will probably be the same, if not less than the stock bodywork. Hood will be carbon fiber.
