Still have to clean up the residue though.

Please forgive any misspellings...I'm well into a bottle of red.

Besides that, his doing this at cost for me in view of developing molds for future 928 projects. I take my hat off to the man. Sorry, didn't wanna get heavy, but now you know why it's taking so long.
Cheers,
Pierre.

Yeah... It gets kind of lame when people start asking why someone is taking a long time to do something, not realizing they may be having family problems, babies, strokes, divorces, etc, not all of which people want to discuss on the internet. So have patience... The 928 will continue to evolve... We will see twin turbos, more superchargers, better body kits, and much more in years to come...
Best wishes to Gavin, and we all look forward to seeing your car when it gets done!

I tell You what Mr. bcdavis.....If I had Known The circustances I would NOT have have asked that question.
Do You really think I was aware of his situation?
You can spare me your ****ty coments.
I feel bad for Gavin and his situation and I really hope everything is going to work out to the best for him and his family.

Pierre,
Looking AWESOME. I am hoping to have my car done by the end of May... I passed up on doing the widebody. That might be later down the road. The worst part about the build is the interior.

Sorry about that.... I wasn't meaning it as a personal attack on anyone...
Just a general comment about how people sometimes get impatient about Andy's supercharger kits, or when John is going to build a twin turbo s4, and then later, we find out they have had a lot of personal issues. So all I am saying is that everyone ought to chill a little... It was not directed at any one person directly... It was a general comment to the list overall...

No problem...
E-mail and internet communications are always bad for showing how you are feeling about the words you are writing.
Mine may not have been clear.
Yours were however!
Hahahaha!
But I was not trying to criticize anyone at all. Not you, or anyone else, in a personal way.
Just pointing out that several people on the board have revealed that behind the scenes,
there are dramas, families, babies, divorces, medical problems, etc...
And to keep those things in mind, when we get all irritable online...
Sometimes people have a good reason to be absent, slow, or a little grumpy...
Even you...
No hard feelings.

Okay now that we have peace, I have a bone to pick - YOU BASTARDS have been pretty silent and shy with pics about your projects!
Common, let's see 'em!

Can anybody give me a tip to remove the underfelt-like stuff from the roof and the top part of the bulkhead under the dash? We pulled most of the stuff down and put the heatgun to it, but it just melts the loose fibres - it still sticks like hell.
Thanks in advance,
Pierre.
ps - I just hope Gavin's wife don't find the baseball bat! (just kidding)
