Interior Color Codes
I gave up on the wheel exchange issue! The info is too much to handle for me. But basically I found that the original wheels handle best, if not the prettiest.
Anyway, A new task:
Anybody have an interior color code chart? My car has red leather, but not burgundy. The only two option codes I couln't figure is the "L" before L908 (= Grand Prix Weiss) and a "HB", which I don't know what it means.
Where can the leather color code be found on the car? Is there a list to check it?
Thanks Boys and Girls!

I've been looking for the same information for a while - haven't had any luck. If anyone knows the color code of the (ahem) "Hulk" green in my '78, I'd like to know.
Thanks (& good luck Sharker)

PET6 has page after page of listings of colors for seats, mats and so on. I looked at seats only, and one single seat style had like 16 pages of different fabrics, patterns, colors ......
I'm sure if you select the correct year, then the correct part, you'll find what you need.
Good luck.
(I'm sorry I can't look it up for you now, I'm on a 1024x768 resolution, and pet won't run with that)

I've got PET5. I'll take a look & see if it's in there.
My understanding is that PETx is a program that is what dealer/repair shops use. More likely, it's a cracked version of their software. It has all the diagrams & part numbers for their cars.
I have an another version for Audi/VW that is very raw (really hard to use), compared to PET5.

...PET5 has diddly on your '88. It only seems to show one seat type, with no information about it.
When looking up my '78 seats, everything that has dates, seems to be for '80 and up.
I'll take a better look at home tonight. I'll yell if I find anything that might help us. If anyone with PET6 has better data, please feel free to jump in.

...OK, I found the color codes for the seats. Both mine (78-79), and yours (85+). Hope this helps.

OK, Guys, thanks a lot!
The only red color listed in 88 seems to be can-can-red. But the color code don't match!
Mine is definitively HB, everywhere on all stickers of the color code in and on the car.
I'm gonna contact Porsche to ind out, it's drving me crazy (not that I can't drive it without knowing, but still!).
