Congratulations! Did you see it happen or did you notice at 100,002 ?
I hated when my '81 approached 100K and drove it less and less, as if it would lose value as soon as it rolled over. When my '87 rolled over 100K, I thought, "We're just getting warmed up! Drive!"

Mine recently hit 80k...it was kinda cool. I was 'playing' on the interstate...lagging back from a pack of cars running about 90, and then nailing it to catch up...and repeating.
I looked down to see how much into triple digits I was - and noticed she was rolling over from 79999!

Actually I noticed it at 99999 when I parked it at work and then again at about 100,013. Thats ok, next time I fix the odometer gear I'll wheel it back so I can watch it again :-) :-)

Should I change the oil and replace the belt/waterpump as a commemorative ritual offering?

Don't get out much do you? Back in 2001 my odometer stopped at 201K+. Since then I would estimate another 14K miles - and it's been laid up for 3 years. I'm looking forward to 250K - then all things considered - 300K! (miles not kilometers)
After all those years and all those miles, I still get a kick out of getting in the car, firing it up and just driving it around.
