The new "Queens of the Stoneage" has some cowbell. I was going to visit Minneapolis to see them in a few weeks - plans fell through.

Don't think they've ever used a cowbell, but plug in AC/DC's "Highway to Hell" and I'm running through the gears faster than normal. Little Feat may have a cowbell or two in there somewhere ...

Who needs more cowbell?!?

"In the Street" - Big Star - excellent cowbell!
"Come on and Dance" - Motley Crue - solid cowbell!
"Merry Go Round" - Crue again
"Love Shack" - B-52's - great bell!
"Lay Lady Lay" - Bob Dylan - not sure if it's cowbell or what, sounds like it (&sounds good!)
"Get Down Tonight" - KC & Sunshine Band - Awesome cowbell!
"Whiskey Train" - Procul Harum - Insane cowbell!!

Guns N Roses - Appetite for Destruction & most early Motley Crew albums feture a ton of Cowbell.

The SNL skit was brought back live with Queens of the Stonage when Will Farrel was hosting. Their song "Little Sister" is a solid cowbell tune.
