I started my Porsche only business in 1975.
Since then, I can't begin to count the number of "competitors" that have come and gone.....dozens, if not hundreds.
I consider a competitor to be someone that can compete with my technology, quality, and price.
Still waiting.....

Mr. Brown I think I was into business ten years before you but not with Porsche which at the time was considered a sporty version of the Beetle.
I admire your knowledge and dedication to the 928 but it is sad that we here in the old world do not have the opportunity to use your services except to buy some of your special components.
You are not a young man anymore, what will happen to your business and the 928 community over there the day you have to retire, no specialist left to turn to? Have you introduced and taught your son to take over the company when the time comes? He should show up here on the forum so we can get to know him.
Anyway, soon we may see a ban on fossil fuels and we must all become electric. Your state of California seems to be in the lead when it comes to reducing emissions. In addition, all vehicle manufacturers are now switching to electric vehicles, even our Swedish sports car manufacturer Koenigsegg.

This is from Mecum Indy 2014. Certainly, one of the finest 928 examples I have ever seen. It was a 1989 one own GT with really low miles. Completely flawless from what I could tell.

Personally, I think that maintaining a 928 is difficult enough without our potential parts suppliers engaging in inappropriate public displays of arrogance or bad mouthing each other.

I am thankful for all of them and want every one of them to serve us to the best of their ability without the distractions of public conflict. Most importantly, I want our independent parts suppliers to be financially successful, so they can stay in business!

Let's raise the bar!!!
