Wow, just wow!

Stan you are one lucky dude to have such a loving brother, that surprise would be hard to top!

Couldn't imagine such a ride in one of the most beautiful fighters ever produced.

Very cool Stan!

Roger, I hope you and Sean setup an open house event after you move to the new place. Maybe we can get some Houston folks to drive up for a visit.

To chime in on the digression, whilst also bringing it back to the topic a bit....The Merlin engine was initially designed by Henry Royce, and the Spitfire was Initially designed R.J Mitchell, both on their own dime, and both in the mid 30s, long before hostilities broke out. Neither man lived to see their designs fully realized, or the tremendous impact they had. But I think together, they changed the world. Without the head start they provided on their own initiative, I don't see how Britain could have ever been ready in time to defend herself.

What an awesome brother you have! Beautiful Mustangs! Always loved those planes. I was told they could hit Mach 1 in a dive, but the wings would rip off at some point!

Stan that must have been amazing, but my stomach was spinning just thinking about those moves. Roger that is great news on the new space as I really need to get my car worked on. I will be in touch. I also joined Open Road and look forward to the sage knowledge.

Open road is beginning to really take off with tons of technical advise from the "real" 928 experts.

We will be moving to a new 5000 sq. ft. facility in the New Year with Sean from 928 Docs.
I will continue to strive to have better prices, better service and make sure we have parts for the 928.
We have team of 6 young energetic people lead by my daughter Mercedes who share my same goals.
is that a website or a forum?

Very Cool. I think 928's and fighter aircraft fall into the same category of cool machines. .................. Back in 1998 I went to Duxford for what was called the Spitfire airshow. It was the largest collection of Spitfires since WW2. 23 different spitfires were airborne that day taking off from the grass, There were Mustangs too and Hurricanes .......... It was quite an experience. If you like this stuff there are a few channels on YT that make great video's at bases like RAF Lakenheath where the action is just incredible. Here is an example with a DC3 (c-47) actually flying at the 1:56 mark
