Smaller red wire at top. Couldn't upload video showing how loose it was in the slot, but you can imagine. I unclipped the top to clean it and check the size compared to the other reds.

I hope that's it. Now how do I fix it?

buy an insert from 928 international.
Looks like it is slotted with 4 fixing points.

Sooner or later I think we all pull the whole thing out clean and refurb every connection and install new fuses (cheap fuses will cause problems especially in the high current slots). That's what I did.

Thanks Shawn and Daniel, and....I haven't forgotten about your question yet Shark. I was talking about the 2 big screws at the top of the CE panel that attached to the black metal mounting bracket. I was just afraid to answer because I was engaged with Greg at the moment, and got in trouble for that earlier. I appreciate everyone's help, and hope I can get to the point where I can help someday. Thanks you guys for backing Greg, and a big thanks to Greg for leading me in the right direction and keeping me focused on one item at a time. Even though he scared me a bit, sometimes you need someone like that to get you straight. You guys are definitely kings in your craft and I'm merely a thankful jester in your court. I will still need a lot of help. Thanks again.

If you mean the connectors that Darklands posted, look at the tab sticking out on the back. You need to stick something in there to release that tab.
