Does anyone have drawings / dimensions / file for the defroster vents? I found one or two on here but the measurements seem different, the end pieces look more narrow...Im just trying to print the correct sizes

The top parts? Theres multiple sizes. I printed these then figured out the parts I was missing from there and printed a few more. I printed two of everything. Needed 3 E's in the end.

Hi guys,

Lots of great stuff here, thank you very much!

I've got a question for you all:

Have you found materials that have a good/great/perfect colour match to the early brown interiour?

Thanks in advance!

I printed inlet manifold for bike ITBs. It's actually printed in two halves.

Here it is inside the engine bay.

Default 3Dprint

Glad to hear that! Now I know where to go for a special bracket to hold a heater control valve for my 944! Nobody around here can do an STL file .😢 Tough being out in the “sticks”..

With the new printer I got, I printed the gauge panel that goes under the stereo. I figured the machine has almost paid for itself at this point. The panel looks awesome and fits very well in its position. Comparable to the one Lindsey Racing created. Huge upgrade for my gauges. I don't know what I'll do with those square switch holes. I wish the panel in that area recessed backward to create a mini cubby, where a pair of sunglasses could fit.

Then I printed a left and right side window switch support bracket. (Not my photo or car)

I also printed these wiper caps. This is not my photo or my car, by the way.

Attritbution: 2bad2die

This 3D printer is pretty amazing! Would like to start designing files even though that seems a but out of my wheelhouse.

Here is the above gauge panel printed. I decided to print it in flipped orientation so that the gauges were closer to me, and I printed it twice as thick for more durability. Now I need to get some proper tapping screws.

Bodies are from Honda CBR 900 RR. Size is borderline too small at 44mm. Inlet manifold is printed from PA612-CF which is nylon mixed with carbonfiber.
Engine is 2.5 8v with wössner highcomp pistons. Head has bigger inlet valves, seat/port job and grinded cam. ITBs made 10 more peak hp and 20 hp at 6500 compeared to stock inlet manifold. Power at rear wheels at the moment is ~160hp. It will make more but the S2 air box and (almost)stock exhaust are restrictive. Should make 10-15hp more when those are sorted.
This is the short story of rear wheel horsepower:
  • 100% stock low compression engine: 122hp
  • stock low comp with programmable ecu, AFM delete and and multihole injectors: 133hp
  • + wössner highcomp pistons, bigger inlet valves, seat/port job and grinded cam: 145hp
  • + free flowing rear silencer 152hp
  • + ITBs and S2 airbox 162hp.

do you have a build thread or IG, etc, for this build? How would you improve over the S2 airbox?

Great work and nice results! Can you share your final dyno graph?
