Default RS Door panels

I haven't been around in a while. Is anyone making RS door panels yet?

Very nice!

Are those actually 964RS Recaro buckets?

Gorilla,
those look great! Would you be willing to share some tips? What materials did you use?

P.S. I'm impressed by all those things myself!

Sorry for just reading all the years.
I´m from germany so there might be some translation faults...

Back to topic.
I bought the deflections from the 964 doors:

Then I cut the deflections a bit smaller, drilled a hole in it and connected them to the doorhandleholder from the 944 and

added the pull cord

For the panels I used the upper part of the originals and the main part is a piece of wood board with leather cover.
The handles and the cord covers are original 964 RS stuff.

Seats are recaro pole positions.
It was a nice racer with a lot of good race stuff (KW V3, power flex, roll cage, cleaned interior, engine mods, and so on)

till I crashed it last week on the Nordschleife

All parts beside the wood board are from ebay:

Some more pics of the real tricky part. but worked perfectly.
To get a bit more room for the mechanism I cut pieces out of the 944 handle holder. You will realize when you compare them:

You can´t go to the nordschleife in the weather conditions if you can´t except a crash. Luckily I wash´t hurt, so I only have to deal with it emotionally...
