Default My S2 Cab with Testarossa

Just some quick cell phone shots I took. It was great seeing the two side by side.
Shocked at how many people were comparing the two. I can see the minor similarities on the exterior that would cause them to think they were similar breeds (similar front end). The majority were confused at the cabrio form of the S2 also(never gets old lol).

That's one of my next cars, a 512TR.

Your S2 is looking clean!

Since you can't find your own @$$ with both hands, a flashlight, and a map, we are not surprised.

512TR/testarossa is a beauty.
Thanks, and to believe I haven't detailed it for 2 years.
Cabrio barely sees 1500 miles a year. Said I'd drive it more this year...we'll see

I always picture the Testarossa as a large car (by Ferrari standards anyways), but it's amazing how tiny it looks next to the S2.

Love the TR but if you think Porsche upkeep is expensive, try looking up the cost of a Testarossa major service or replacing the notoriously weak differential.

Nice-looking car, Dino! I almost bought one a month ago, but it wasn't red like yours (part of the reason I passed on it). Red is ideal for these cars (though, someone recently posted a blue one that was mighty fine).

I love the Testarossa! Here's a close up look, if you're curious:

And the underside:

Even the '80s 911, you forgot about their size until you see them next to other cars.

Thank you, I always liked the red on them.

I don't think I've ever seen a silver TR.

The Testarossa is great, but I hate that you have zero tire choice because of the 16.33" wheels and I hate that the entire drivetrain and rear suspension has to come out to do the timing belts! And 944 guys think we have it bad with our 30k mile belts! would love to one day own the much improved 512TR.

944 belt service is a walk in the park in comparison

The black wheels and black interior complement eachother very well. Nice job!

Wait, really?

I've heard of 16.5" wheels, but not 16.33". How silly of them!
