butters,
If you can make a simple clear plastic reproduction of the 951/S2 fog light glass (doesn't need to have lensing, just a big clear piece that will bolt up to the housing), I would buy it today.

I already am working on such an alternative but if you can come up with something easier I'll take it.

Had a busy last 6 months... I ended up doing the clutch change over christmas break. Then another tough spring semester. Next semester's even busier. Good news is, I'm on summer break and working an internship full time. This means I have weekends to work on projects (and no 944 problems to work on out here since I left it back home). Today was my first weekend. I will definitely be taking the plunge to start messing with plastic molding in the coming weeks.
