I try heat, pb blaster, impact wrench , again heat .. The nut as been remove but the bolt is stuck inside the sleeve and now the whole bushing turn in the arm when i turn the bolt.. Anybody?

Put a support under the arm just below this bolt situaton and lower the car to position that bolt will come to center of hole. Spray it with massive amount of wd40 and it will come out.

^^^^ raise the arm and release the pressure on the bolt. punch out. shouldn't be tough at all. if it's seized - PB blaster, liquid wrench, wd40 and let it soak overnight.

I've had exactly the same problem, nothing worked out (heat, hammer, puller, really nothing!).
So the final option was to take hacksaw and saw through the rubber silentbloc, aluminium inner bush and seized bolt. Do this twice (front and rear) and its lose. Also you won't have to go to the gym for a week or two since hacksawing through rubber is... well.... let me put it this way: no fun![Mad](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/mad.gif)
Offcourse you'll need a new silentbloc.

Loosening frozen bolts is like making soup. Both need time. Any creeping oil will work or ATF too. Just keep soaking it for several days.
