Back to O.P.

Pics of actual car are up on the CL ad. Nice looking car. Killer cloth interior, manual windows, and possibly uncracked dash.

$3,900 for a 2.0 relic with VW rabbit suspension and tires?

so he dropped it to $2,900....

$2,900?

maybe $1,200 and call Lart for upgrade to 924S/944 wheels/brakes/suspension?

.

That looks like a very nice car ! for you guys in the USA thats a rare thing...and its becoming quite rare here too.
The brakes on the 924 are matched to its power (125HP)...no need for upgrading the brakes unless you upgrade the power. The technology and geometry of the 924 suspension is identical to the 944.
Euro 924s had the same torsion bars, same sway bars and same springs as the 944.
You can actually bolt on the 944 spindles to the 924 arms and suspension..they are IDENTICAL.
Let it be clear that the real 924 + family is the one produced for Europe..not the detuned versions for the USA.

Regarding the burden of proof...no its not..i dont need to prove anything..do your search or live in ignorance...your choice.
