Really nice workmanship throughout that car, Patrick. And quite a hit. I notice the shift lever gets deflected way off, and then you're kind of motionless for awhile. Just bumming out?
Incidents like this are always the culmination of multifactorials.

Autocross last week.....First track event for my car will be June 16/17. Hope it survives....

Not a good weekend for me. First lap my car went......thump thump thump clank clank chug!

Turns out whoever did the timing belt replacement didn't torque the crank bolt and i lost my power steering pulley, balancer gear/pully and alternator pulley.

FIRST FLIPPIN LAP to boot.

Very disappointing.

Didn't blow the motor though. If something like that is going to go, it's usually on the first lap. That's what it's for. Debug and we'll see you again.
