my SPEC 944 build
So as you may have seen in my turbo parts fs thread im parting out my 86 turbo. Hated to do it but it happens. My heart is set on going spec racing w/ some buds and ive already picked up an 87 n/a thats pretty sweet. Car came w/ a recaro seat- currently on ebay- D90's and some factory 15's, some sort of aftermarket steering wheel that is sold, and a leather package burgundy interior. Once the turbo is parted the stripping of this car will begin. I traded the rear lower valance for another set of 15's to my brother in law. The interior will be gutted, floors stripped, full cage installed, engine swapped for the 88 motor i just bought from my buddy nine-44 etc etc... I wanted to start a thread to document the build so keep the side discussions to a min please.
WHile im at it- ideas for paint scheme? The car is white and pretty nice, so im thinking something w/ white in the background. Pasha?Zebra?Plaid?

I think the coolest thing would be a famous Porsche scheme, and nothing more fitting than a 924/944 based scheme that actually looked good, like the BF Goodrich car or Boss car

yeah andy had it from his 88 n/a that he wrecked prob. 10 years ago. He resealed it and then ended up turbo'ing his n/a and its been sitting. Im pulling it all back down, new bearings, seals and head gasket.
