I found that a smaller diameter wheel really helped, moreso with driving position than getting in or out. A downside though was at the track where it was a strain on the forearms and you get a lot more torque with the larger wheel.

Hmm I don't have any real issues getting in and out. Oh wait! I'm only 5'8" never mind.

Like I said in that other thread, I'm 6' 8" ~190lbs. What about turning this into a poll?

5' 7" were and still a bit tight I needed the leg room and added a 3" block to the clutch peddle so I could push it all the way to the floor, brake and gas are fine and my seat is pushed 1-2 clicks from full back.
maybe a removable steering wheel (race type) would make getting in and out much easier

Haha, I have one helluva fast metabolism. I've been known to take in over 4k calories in a day when I'm active. I tend to order based on size rather than taste when I go out. I remember eating a 1lb burger, a 1/2lb burger, and a pound of chili cheese fries during regional basketball one year. Coach was dumbfounded that I never gained any weight.

Oh, and I currently have the highest amount of body fat I've ever had thanks to college and it's around 6-7%. I'm the guy that all my friends hate because my abs never disappear no matter how much beer I drink.

I'm 6'4" and 200 lbs and never had problems with my 944 or 951 and I doubt my next 951 will be any different. I've probably fit more comfortably in my Porsches than I did in my '99 F-150 and in my current '05 Ranger. My *** goes numb in the Ranger after an hour and I have to stop and walk around. I think the Porsche is all around better because I don't have to sit upright as much. My truck is like sitting at a desk, while the way 944 seating is laid out and more like sitting in a lawn chair to me. The only other actual cars I've been in lately as comparison...probably my buddy's Sentra and my grandma's Oldsmobile and I have to say that the 944 series is the most comfortable and well fitting car for me, it just feels so natural and ergonomic. The only thing else I've really enjoyed was riding as passenger in my buddy's early 90's Cadillac Brougham. Total boat, but leather least and SO MUCH ROOM! Anyway, I remember before I bought my first 944, I went onto a forum and asked if I was going to be too tall to fit into one, but I've found that the 944's fit me for my height and size more perfectly than any other car!

i'm 5'10" and i weigh about 190lbs and ingress and egress are no issue what so ever... if there's guys here 6'6" and 6'8", i don't think anyone smaller can complain much about comfort if those guys are comfortable

6'4, 240lbs. Fit just fine in late cars with stock wheels. In early cars its pretty uncomfortable to drive without a smaller diameter steering wheel.
