This is photoshopped. D9 did some R&D on this and looked to have it manufactured but it never happened. There would be inherent problems unless you sealed off the hatch from the cabin. Think of all the exhaust that would creep in. Looks great though.

Worked on my little experiment yesterday.....
removed the rear spoiler from the hatch first. The seven screws were so rusted in place I ended up drilling the heads off and removing the studs with vise grips.
This what 25 years of dirt under the rear spoiler looks like btw.

Cleaned the old seal off and washed it very good, several times, then removed anything left with a razor blade.

Layed down the first layer of fiberglass to form the negative mold.
Will let this set up for about 48 hours and will check on it Monday. By then I should know if this will work or did I just waste 4 hours and $30 worth of fiberglass supplies.
