i had my seats redone in leather for $700, i did the carpet myself, and a leather dash is only $500 away (http://www.928leather.com/Dashboard,...el_Covers.html)

center console can be had on ebay

and is it possible to put a late 944 dash on an early 944?

First welcome on Rennlist ,yes it possible to put a late dash on an early car but a lot of work involve some members here has done it somebody will come on & link you to the treads LOL I'M no good at linking in the meantime here are some pics of what can be done with an early interior when one set is mind to it, ( pics are not of my car)

No, the armrest, pulling the dash cover, and releathering the dash. Hard to see in the picutres, but LED's for ALL lights. Lots of cleaning and conditioning, and a few plastic bits.
