944 ABS hubs

Are you putting those abs hubs on your M030 spindles? and will you still run the abs in the V8 track car you are building?
I have an extra set of 87NA spindles that I am starting my billet hub design on. I've read that the ABS rings were press fit and will machine the ring seat onto these although I don't have ABS so I will know for future reference....
How much weight have you stripped the car down to now?

ABS hubs etc.
I'm deciding between using the ABS hubs to signal the GM PCM or going the route of others and use the stock GM VSS sensor and a CV mounted gear.
The car is still at the body shop (a nightmare). When its all together, I'll post weights and a dyno sheet on hybrids...here's a shot of the ABS hubs.

So ABS rings on both sides then? Stick a piece of non-magnetic iron/steel and see if it sticks to the ring to be sure. If those are the M030 hubs then the wheel-to-hub face is thicker by 3mm...FYI
I like Greg's solution with the stainless split CV joint wheel and off-the-shelf GM sensor.....

Yes, ABS at all four corners. I'm not getting the sense that the rings are magnetic. If these are 3mm thicker, I need to look at Greg's solution. I'm maxed out on fender clearance as it is.
